I guess finding useful, reliable information on the internet isn't hopeless after all.
Wow…..I really appreciate this post. I have been looking everywhere for this! Thank goodness I found it on Bing. You have made my day! Thank you again! “That which does not kill us makes us stronger.” by Friedrich Nietzsche….
Hahaha! My mom used to pull the trick that once the batteries died in our most annoying toys we were told the toy was "broken" and needed to be put up. My MIL LOVES to buy toys that make noise. Of course, right now the 4 month old loves it… but sometimes we get so annoyed. So much so, we "quote" the toy's noises. Can't wait until the batteries start dying on these suckers!
Just isn’t it astounding how 12 million folks (much less than 1/6 of 1% in the world’s population) people today who for 2 thousand several years have be killed, tortured and tormented by other 99.6% of your world’s population, with pogroms, gas chambers, inquisitions and continual anti-semitic harassment somehow has become ready to control the entire world? n nWhat does that say with regard to the Jews? A lot more importantly, what does that say regarding the non-Jews?
That insight would have saved us a lot of effort early on.
I was looking everywhere and this popped up like nothing!
Talking about the allegations that American chicken plants using 'prison' (ie forced labor, something that international jurisprudence generally eschews)labor, I am reminded of the frequent charge that one used to hear often repeated a few years ago (but seems to have evaporated lately), that Chinese manufacturers keep costs down by using prisoners as slave labor.
I wish I could blog as such… Thank You! for the great write up on Luther. It's humbling to read other's intelligent blogs — that is a gift you have and I am jealous of it! I wish, I (and "we" also; but, especially me), as a Christian, would at appropriate times, speak and write in more Biblical ways ["weaving back and forth naturally between Law, Gospel, prayer, exhortation, scripture quoting, natural/city of man allusions and arguments, back to biblical allusions, etc."].
